This year on November 22, 23, 24, 25, 2007 we will again host both the Silver Stick Invitational “AAA” Minor Finals Tournament for Minor Atom, Peewee, Bantam and Midget, and  “AA” Minor Regional Tournament for Minor Atom, Peewee and Bantam.

 

The “AA” Regional Champions will vie for top honors at the North American Finals in Newmarket, Ontario on January 17, 18, 19, 20, 2008.    For more information, refer to www.silverstick.org/newmarket

 

             International Silver Stick has only one  “AAA” Minor Silver Stick Regional tournament which is held in Washington D.C.   The Washington Champions are the only Regional Champions participating in our “AAA” Final.   The other teams invited are the top “AAA” Minor teams from the various leagues and regions throughout North America, which guarantees the highest level of competition.  The Finals Champions will receive the cherished traditional sterling Silver Stick Championship pin.

 

Entry Fee Includes Free Admission – Saving teams $300.  at gate 

 

“AAA” Minor Final         

Minor Atom and Minor Peewee:    $875. Cdn or U.S. Funds          

            Minor Bantam and Minor Midget:  $925. Cdn for U.S. Funds

 

“AA” Minor Regional         

Minor Atom and Minor Peewee:        $850. Cdn        

            Minor Bantam                                    $875. Cdn

 

            Cheques are to be made payable to “Whitby Silver Stick”, and mailed to the above address with a signed copy of the application.

 

            This is an O.M.H.A. sanctioned tournament, and all O.M.H.A. rules will apply.  Please read the “Whitby Tournament Rules” for additional rules.  All managers must provide recognized proof of age for all players on his team.  Each team roster is limited to (19) players and five carded team officials

            Since this is an International Tournament, all teams not under O.M.H.A. jurisdiction must submit written permission or a travel permit from their parent organization to enter.

            All applications and entry fees must be received not later than October 4, 2007.  If card numbers for Canadian teams are not available by this date, please forward all other information, and follow-up with the card numbers as soon as you have them.  No refunds will be given to any team canceling their entry into the tournament after November 1, 2007.

ONLY TEAMS THAT HAVE HAD PRE-APPROVED CONFIRMATION TO ENTER THE TOURNAMENT ARE TO COMPLETE AND FORWARD AN APPLICATION. 

THE INVITATION AND APPLICATIONS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO COMPLETE AND RETURN BY EMAIL.
