We try to run a first-class tournament for everyone concerned. However, there are instances where we may be
able to try something new or do something better. We need to hear from you well before the tournament starts
which gives us the time needed to consider your observation, idea or even criticism. Let us know how we can
increase your enjoyment.

If you need to reach someone, or there is an emergency, call the arena and they may be able to page
the person you are looking for. If not successful, call the same number and ask for the Tournament Office
and we will advise a member of the team staff when they check in for their next game.
