THE HOTELS LISTED BELOW SUPPORT OUR TOURNAMENT AND HAVE BLOCKED ROOMS FOR OUR EVENT.   WITHOUT THEIR SUPPORT WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HOST THE TOURNAMENT, AND YOU ARE EXPECTED TO STAY AT ONE OF THESE HOTELS IF YOU ACCEPT OUR INVITATION.

 "IMPORTANT"   - Please read the following before making your hotel reservations. 
Every available hotel adjacent to Highway #401  between Oshawa to the east, and Don Valley Parkway, Toronto to the west, are included on our list of hotels.  The other hotels on this  stretch have either been blocked for other events or not the ones that we recommend.  The only hotels not adjacent to the #401 are the Canadiana Inn, Whitby and the Hilton Suites in Markham.  

All rates are nightly based on up to 4 per room (2 Adults & 2 Children)  unless otherwise stated.   If a single room with pullout is adequate, please reserve these and leave the doubles for the families  that require them.   10% Tax must be added to the rates (5% Provincial & 5% Federal) Hotels in Toronto are subject to an additional 3% Destination Marketing Tax. 

You must  book direct to the hotel  and not go through a  Travel Agent or Central Booking.  Call directly to the hotel rather than the chain 800 number.  Blocks of rooms have been reserved at  the hotels for the Tournament, however, the information on the 800 reservation clerk's computer  could show no rooms available, or may not be aware of the number of rooms blocked for the Tournament.     

 If you are enquiring at different hotels about availability and making tentative reservations, please have the courtesy of calling back and canceling your tentative reservation when you decide where you are staying.  It is not unusual to have as many as three different hotels having the same team staying with them.

All games are played in Whitby on 6 pads at the Iroquois Park Sports Centre (Arena just off  Hwy #401), and on 2 pads at new McKinney Centre (4 miles north of Hwy #401).  All playoff games are played at Iroquois Park except for the Minor Peewee "AAA" Quarter Qualifier games on Saturday evening.      The Tournament starts on Thursday at 1:00 pm.   Thursday games are primarily for local teams, however, it is necessary for some traveling teams to play on Thursday evening, and those teams will be notified ahead of time.   All "AAA" teams should be prepared to play their first game at 9:00am on Friday morning.  Click here for map to Arenas.
